What does all the fancy words mean? It means the synthetic media in the filter helps to catch the smaller particulate, but still allow full flow of the oil needed at rated rpm. It also has the capacity to hold more particulate than a standard filter. This is a win win, especially for our 12 valves as we tend to soot the oil quicker than a newer truck.
