The Autometer Z series is our go to gauge as it perfectly matches the 1st Gen factory gauges and is the standard 2-1/16″ diameter.
This electric Z series trans temp gauge measures your transmission temp ensuring you don’t melt down your 1st Gen tranny! It connects to a single probe at your trans, and feeds a single wire to the gauge. It reads up to 250F, which is hotter than your 727 or 518 should be reading!
