This filter and gasket is what you want if you have a factory 1st Gen Cummins with Automatic transmission. This gasket and filter fit the A727 three speed and 518 four speeds.
If you have a new to you truck and have not yet changed your internal filter, its time. A dirty internal filter can cause damage to your transmission and due to it being internal to the transmission, it often gets overlooked by truck owners.
Premium filter comes with both trans pan gaskets made of rubberized cork.
