If you have ever had to remove your Dana 70 axle shaft, you likely had a thin gasket that fit between the axle shaft, and your hub. If you didn’t, then someone didn’t put it back!
This thin gasket is used as the axle shaft seal and is made of metal and is designed to get crushed into shape as you torque your axle bolts. As such, these are normally only able to be used a few times before they leak. Due to this, many people put RTV on the gaskets until they become so ugly they need to be replaced. Issue is, parts stores don’t carry them anymore in metal, just paper gasket material!
These are identical to the originals and are made by the original manufacturer for us, in the USA.
2 needed per truck (aka 1 per hub)
